Delete Your Rokqie Account

You can permanently delete your Rokqie account and associated personal data using either method below. Account deletion applies to both rider and driver accounts.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app

Open the Rokqie app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to admin@rokqie.com from any address.
Include the phone number registered to your Rokqie account.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
We will verify ownership and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Name, phone number, email address, and profile photo
Authentication record (Firebase Auth account)
Saved locations and preferences
Driver profile, vehicle details, and verification documents (driver accounts)
Wallet balance information (any pending balance must be withdrawn or is forfeited per wallet terms)

What we retain, and why

Completed and cancelled ride records and transaction history are retained in anonymized/minimized form for up to 24 months where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. These records can no longer be used to identify or contact you after deletion.

Data deletion without deleting your account

To request deletion of specific data (e.g., profile photo or saved locations) without deleting your whole account, email admin@rokqie.com with the subject "Privacy Request".
